Hatch is on hold

It’s been a brilliant run but we’re very sorry to announce that after five laid-back seasons of fresh #seafoodstreetfood, Hatch on the Harbour is hitting the pause button. We won’t be reopening for 2026.

Right now, the reality of the hospitality market means finding a local crew with the skills to keep the grills going and the vibe easy has proved a challenge too far. So rather than compromise, we’re going to be taking a breather.

We’d like to thank everyone who’s spent time with us over the past few years. We’ve enjoyed every moment of your company.

The good news? Our space won’t go quiet. Were pleased to confirm that Catch at the Old Fish Market will be heading downstairs, offering diners a spectacular sundowner on the quayside before their meal.
